Phil Withers, Managing Director and Founder
Philip Withers has been involved in the IT Recruitment and SAP sector for over 8
years, and is the main driving force behind PAR's core deliverables and desire to
over achieve client expectations. Philip has managed accounts with all of the major
Consultancies, and has delivered a number of PAN European recruitment drives for
Blue Chip organisations
Bill Hart, Microsoft Delivery Manager
Bill Hart specializes in providing Microsoft solutions to UK and Pan European clients.
He brings over 20 years of corporate management experience, providing a rich store
of firsthand knowledge from which to draw, as well as an extensive network of consultants
to pull on.
Andrew Richardson, SAP Delivery Manager
Andrew Richardson first started working within the Banking sector before moving
into SCM software and specifically SAP. He has managed PAN European rollouts and
is excellently positioned to assist clients with large scale migrations.
