PAR Consulting Ltd specialise in the provision of Technical Human Resources to clients
on a Pan European, and UK specific basis. Our main technical focus is within the
Microsoft and SAP Arenas, but also cover all other areas of technical speciality.
Our power base of affiliates cover the full spectrum of job functions within a technical
implementation, ranging from infrastructure architectures, through to project managers
and trainers.
Our staff and Directors are all from, or are still involved with these technologies,
and are therefore able to offer our clients a higher level of technical understanding
than maybe our peers can. This normally translates into greater interview success
rates for our clients, and less time spent wasted on non acceptable applicants.
PAR specialise in both contract specific “Implementation Specific Solutions”
(ISS) and “Private Permanent Placements” (PPP) and will conduct initial
interviews with all prospective candidates before client submission, as well as
taking references. We also always meet our clients on site, before a recruitment
